Each session is 1 hour and includes approx 35 minutes of Yoga while the puppy’s roam free, followed by approx 25 minutes for you to cuddle snuggle play and take pictures with the puppy’s. We usually provide a refreshing treat near the end of each class.

Experience: No experience in Yoga is required you can follow along or play with the puppy’s as we go along.

What should I wear: We recommend fitness wear to attend the sessions, but any sports wear you find comfy will be fine. Shoes are not permitted on the yoga mats. We advise against wearing any clothes which have anything dangling or hanging and jewellery to avoid the puppies chewing them!

Arrival: Doors open 20 minutes before class time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class start time . On days we are offering commemorative take home photos with the puppies failure to arrive at least 10 minutes early will result in no take home photo

Yoga Mats: We provide yoga mats for you, however you are welcome to bring your own but keep in mind puppy’s may chew on them!!

What to bring: Water bottle, cell phone for pictures as you will want to take ALOT of them. Any other items must be left in a cubby.

You must be at least 5 years old to attend those under 18 must also attend with someone over 18 each will need a ticket. Max 2 kids per Adult.

There are no spectators permitted in the studio. A purchased ticket is required to be in any area of studio for each person. There is no waiting area inside studio for anyone without a ticket.

Parking: We have plenty of FREE onsite parking . There is also a bus stop just steps away if you are taking transit.

We work with a variety of Rescues and breeders to bring in the most adorable healthy puppies. Puppies range from 6-14 weeks of age. Most of the puppies have already been adopted and will go to their forever homes when they graduate from puppy yoga. Some may still be available for adoption and you can speak with the rescue or breeder when you are in for their process of adoption. We list upcoming breeds as soon as possible but please be aware litters may change at any time for a number of reasons such as: they get adopted out, puppies are sick, have not received up to date vet checks in time for class or many other circumstances. As such we do not guarantee a certain breed on any given date. But rest assured we will have a replacement litter for your class. 

By purchasing Tickets: You agree to our Liability Waiver and Photo Release. (Waiver)

As this is an event for a specific date and time no refunds or changes once purchased will be available to you unless ticket insurance is purchased at time of purchase which allows you to reschedule with 24 hours notice before your class start 1 (one) time only. Ticket insurance can not be added after initial purchase. 

Ticket insurance cannot be used from a bring a friend day ticket to another bring a friend free day. Or a Reg day to a bring a friend free day. Ticket insurance on a bring a friend free day ticket only enables 1 spot on a reg day not 2 spots.

If using a discount ticket there are no rescheduling or refund options available to you once you book a date. Discount prepaid tickets cannot be used for bring a friend free classes or special events. In the unlikely event that a breeder has to cancel and we cannot get a replacement litter or instructor has to cancel you may reschedule to any other upcoming class.

Special offers: Keep an Eye out and SAVE !! From time to time we may offer special discount tickets OR 2 for 1 tickets or adjust prices up or down for a select # of tickets at any time for any class to help us balance our classes evenly. As such prices can change even for the same class depending on time of purchase. We suggest to look for available discounted tickets before purchasing as we do not offer refunds or credits if prices change up or down. For example a (2 for 1 special or a bring a friend offer) if your ticket does not say 2 for 1 or Bring a friend free when purchasing, your ticket does not allow an extra ticket and is only good for 1 spot.

Email blast offers: You may receive email offers from us at any time for great bonuses!! But please be aware these offers are only available for 7 days from email blast date, and must be purchased within the 7 days, after 7 days prices or offer will revert back to reg pricing. Book early and save!

Due to the nature of Puppy Yoga, and many people touching the puppies, we advise to not attend if you have allergies of any kind weather it be food or any other allergens. Should you choose to still attend you assume all risks associated with attending.
